Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information. Last updated September 22, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Turbo Spoons ("Turbo Spoons", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or use our mobile applications and related services (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Your name, email address and any content you send us when you contact support, create an account, or communicate with us.

Purchase information. When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple, Google or our payment processor (such as Stripe). We receive confirmation of the transaction, the product purchased and limited billing details, but we do not store full card numbers.

Usage and device information. App interactions, device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, crash reports and diagnostic data.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our website may use essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Services;
  • To process purchases, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud;
  • To respond to support requests and send service-related messages;
  • To analyse usage, fix bugs and develop new features;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Legal bases (EEA and UK users)

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where required.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, crash reporting or customer support, under contracts that require them to protect your data;
  • App stores and payment processors to complete transactions;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety;
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email privacy@turbospoons.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
