These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile applications and related services (the "Services") provided by Turbo Spoons ("Turbo Spoons", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, purchases and billing
Some features require payment. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores and subject to their terms; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Purchases made directly with us are processed by our payment provider, and you may cancel at any time by contacting support@turbospoons.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
App store purchases are refunded according to the relevant store's refund policy. For direct purchases, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith, and will always provide refunds where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Services;
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell or exploit the Services except as allowed by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to access them without authorisation;
- Upload malware, spam or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
The Services and all related content, trademarks and software are owned by Turbo Spoons or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7. User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Services.
8. Third-party services
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbo Spoons will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
